When we grew tired of the shops’ bread offerings, where all bread tastes the same, we started working with sourdough. It is a whole science, but in fact we succeeded really well right from the beginning, and now we have a range of flavors that include Raisin & Apple, Västerbottens Cheese and Tomatoe, and Brevikens Long Bread. Our long bread is made with graham sourdough and contains muscovado sugar and honey.
