Our honey comes from many flights to many flowers that grow just around the corner. In the springtime, it is the flowers of the willow and the coltsfoot. Then during summer, dandelions, blueberry blossoms, and white clover. To end the season with raspberry blooms and autumn’s colorful fireweed and the occasional heather flower. All gathered in one jar.
