Since childhood, we have grown up with soft flatbread for Christmas and Easter. The aunts in our vicinity had full control over when, where and how. When we started baking flatbread, we actually had no idea how to make it! But now, after a few years, we’ve perfected this art. Our flatbread is baked by hand and baked in a stone oven. It becomes soft and a little tough, and fits perfectly with hot dogs, flatbread slices or as a breakfast sandwich.
