Smoked arctic char is one of our classics. At our farm shop you can buy both whole and filleted, locally produced char. The char is farmed about 20 km upstream in the Lake Malgomaj. This mountain fish thrives in the cold, clear waters. The char is prepared and flavored over a fire using willow and alder in our fish smoke. We also produce and sell two toppings that works great with smoked char: Smoked Fish Roe Sauce and our Basil and Chili Sauce. The basil is grown in our greenhouse.
